Service description
FoodieBuddy helps you log meals and understand nutrition information using AI. We may update features to improve accuracy, usability, and performance.
Eligibility
You must be able to form a binding contract and comply with applicable laws to use FoodieBuddy. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind it.
User responsibilities
You are responsible for the information you submit and for keeping your account secure if one is created. Please review nutrition outputs with your own judgment and consult professionals for medical advice.
Prohibited use
Do not misuse FoodieBuddy, including attempting unauthorized access, interfering with the service, reverse engineering, or using it for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.
No warranties; limitation of liability
FoodieBuddy is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or profits arising from your use of the service.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms to reflect operational or legal requirements. If changes are material, we will provide notice. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms.
